Value Area The Value Area is generally considered where 70% of the Volume has traded for the session, when using Volume Profile , or where 70% of the Time has traded for the session, when using Market Profile TPO charts. Value Area (VA) – The range of price levels in which a specified percentage of all volume was traded during the time period.
